In Sept 2020 - FNH provided community palliative care nurses to allow grandad to live his final days in comfort at home. They offered such tremendous support to our whole family (grandad called them his "Angels"). Sadly in Jan 2021 - nan also fell ill and required palliative care. This was during lockdown and we were not permitted to visit her. This was incredibly difficult for us all, but we took comfort knowing the same team were looking after her. Thank you for all you did for our family
