I wrote with my donation from the funeral a big thank you to the Palliative care team and the Buckingham team... I also said, please give an extra big thank you to you Tash, your support, knowledge, kindness and patience was wonderful... we were able to keep mum at home and in her own bed - A miracle!! Thank you so so much, love Clare x
